Refund Policy
Elan Kids — a program of Elan Studios.
More than 14 days before the program starts
Full refund. We'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Within 14 days of the program start date
Credit toward your next term. No cash refund, but your full program value is credited to your account for use on any future Elan Kids program.
After the first class — it's not a fit
Refund for the remaining sessions. If your child attends one class and the program isn't right for them, we'll refund the remaining sessions. No questions, no awkward emails.
Program cancelled by Elan Kids
Full refund, always. If we cancel a program for any reason (weather, insufficient registration, instructor illness), you receive a full refund within 5 business days.
