Terms & Conditions

Registration & enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Spots are held on a first-come, first-served basis. Elan Kids reserves the right to cancel a program if minimum enrolment numbers are not met, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Conduct & participation

Elan Kids maintains a respectful, inclusive environment for all participants. We reserve the right to remove a participant whose behaviour creates an unsafe or disruptive environment, with no refund of fees.

Health & safety

Parents/guardians must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special needs at registration. Elan Kids is a nut-aware facility. One first-aid certified staff member is present at all times.

Liability

Elan Kids and Elan Studios are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property. Participation in programs involves normal physical activity; parents accept inherent minor risks by registering.

Medical Authorization

In the event of a medical emergency, and if I cannot be reached in time, I hereby authorize Elan Film Kids staff to:

• Administer basic first aid as needed
• Call 911 or other emergency services
• Authorize emergency medical treatment by qualified medical personnel
• Transport my child to the nearest appropriate medical facility

I understand and agree that:

• All medical costs, hospital fees, ambulance fees, and related expenses are my sole responsibility
• Elan Film Kids, its directors, staff, volunteers, and agents shall not be held liable for any medical decisions made in good faith during an emergency
• I will notify Elan Film Kids immediately of any changes to my child’s medical status prior to the start of camp

Photography & Media Release

During camp activities and Premiere Day, Elan Film Kids may capture photos and video footage of participants for use in:

• Marketing and promotional materials (website, social media, brochures)
• Program documentation and internal records
• Alumni showcases and community presentations
