Information we collect: When you register for an Elan Kids program, we collect your name, contact information, child’s name and age, and payment details. We also collect media release preferences at registration.

How we use your information: We use your information to administer programs, communicate with you about your enrolment, send safety information, and (with your consent) share program content on social media.

Photography & video: We offer three media release options at registration — full release, private release, or no release. You can change your selection at any time by contacting us.

Data storage: Your data is stored securely on Canadian servers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
