What happens each day.
4 days of hands-on training. 1 Premiere Day. Here’s exactly what your child will experience.
🎭 Lights On — Meet Your Crew
Kids meet their team, choose their crew roles, and dive straight into storytelling. They brainstorm their film concept, write a one-page script, and get their hands on real camera equipment for the very first time. The day ends with a "table read" — every kid pitches their idea to the group.
🎬 Camera — Action!
The cameras are rolling. Kids learn to frame shots, block a scene, and direct their actors on real equipment. Coaches are on set guiding — but the kids are fully in charge. On-camera acting coaching runs alongside the shoot, so every child finds their confidence in front of the lens.
🎙️ Deep Shoot + Reels Day
The main shoot continues — sound design, pick-up scenes, and reshoots. Then it's reel time: each kid films their personal audition reel or social media clip. They direct themselves, choose their lines, and nail their moment on camera. These go home with them.
💻 Edit Bay — The Magic Room
Every kid enters the edit suite and cuts their own film — choosing the best takes, adding music, sound effects, and titles. Films are colour-graded and exported professionally. Final cut locked. Director's statement written. A private crew screening wraps the day with laughs and a whole lot of pride.
☀️ Premiere Day — Date TBA
The most exciting day of the summer. Families arrive on the red carpet, films screen in a real cinema-style setting, and every kid walks away a filmmaker. Premiere dates are confirmed after registration and communicated directly to all families by email.
