Elan Kids — a program of Elan Studios. Your selection can be changed at any time.
At Elan Kids, we document every program — stills on set, behind-the-scenes video, and clips from the finished films. This documentation serves two purposes: it creates memories for your family, and it helps us show future families what a real Elan Kids program looks like.
Every family selects one of three options at registration. You can change your selection at any time by emailing hello@elankids.ca.
Option A — Full Release
You allow Elan Kids to use photos and video of your child for marketing purposes, including on our website, social media channels, and promotional materials. We will always credit participants as "Elan Kids student" and will never publish a child's full name without additional written consent.
Option B — Private Release (Default)
We capture photos and video for program and archival purposes. We will share your child's content directly with your family only (via a private link or USB). Nothing is published publicly. This is the default for all participants unless you select otherwise.
Option C — No Release
We still photograph and film the program (it's part of the experience), but we ensure your child is not featured in any deliverable — not even the family photo bundle. We'll flag your child's preference to instructors on day one.
